Dr. Rosman holds a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the United States (USA), Master in Environmental Management and PhD in Management (Operation) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He has a total of more than 24 years of working experience in both, the government as well as the private sectors.

Dr. Rosman started his career in 1989 as a Quality Engineer at Aluminum Casting Industries. A year later he joined the Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM) and worked there for more than seven years as a researcher and quality system auditor. He further enhanced his career into quality field by joining one of the multi-national corporation (MNC) in Malaysia as a Group Quality Management Manager in 1997.

In the company, he took charge of the overall activities of the group quality matters such as Continuous Improvement Program (CIP), Total Quality Management (TQM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Cost of Quality (COQ), Quality Control Circle (QCC), Kaizen, 6-Sigma, Super 5S, Quality Management System (QMS) and Production Planning and Control. Besides that he also holds a Quality Management Representative (QMR) for ISO 9000 and ISO/TS 16949 for the company and has hands-on experience in developing and establishing quality system from the scratch. He is a certified lead auditor for ISO 9000, ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14000. He is also very passionate for the Integrated Management System (IMS) which integrates ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000. He has a broad knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC), Sampling Plan, Production Planning and Control as well as Line-balancing and Lean Manufacturing in manufacturing environment.

Dr. Rosman is the co-founder of IMTEQ SOLUTION SDN. BHD. (established in year 2001), a reputable consultancy and training organization in the country. Being a result-oriented person, Dr. Rosman strongly believes training must be extremely practical so that immediate results following the training session are evident and effective. Dr. Rosman has his own unique methodology in conducting training to ‘stimulate’ participants throughout the session. He adopts a very participative approach in his trainings, as he believes that training must be ‘participant friendly’ and stimulating. As for the consultancy services, Dr. Rosman delivers it in a totally committed, disciplined, professional and result-oriented approach. Being an active consultant-trainer for the past 13 years, Dr. Rosman has trained and consulted numerous companies and departments both national and international involving thousands of participants. Dr. Rosman has good command of both languages, Malay and English.


Muzafar has had more than 15 years working experience especially in the quality system. He was formerly a Quality Manager at a multinational company and is presently a Master candidate with Open University Malaysia (OUM) major in Management.

He takes charge of the ISO-9001 Quality Management System, assuming the duty, of an quality management representative. He manages and coordinated the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the in house Quality Management System.

His expertise includes developing the ISO 9000 Quality Management System, EMS14000 Environmental Management System, Q.C.C., Kaizen, I.Q.A.,CEDAC, 7 QC Tools, TWIJI, FMEA, poka yoke, S.P.C, Total Productive Maintenance (T.P.M), Vendor Quality Audit, Customer Service, and Vendor Quality System Development.

During his serviced with the company, Muzafar actively and directly involved in all Quality and Productivity improvement programmed such as QCC, Six Sigma, 5S and T.P.M. programmed etc.

He is also a certified lead assessor and has conducted numerous second party audits on quality system. His extensive quality experience is a culmination of working with local and international clients in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Australia, Vietnam and Japan.

Muzafar is the co-founder of IMTEQ SOLUTION SDN. BHD., a reputable consultancy and training organization in the country. His “Hands-on” approach towards training enables participants to firmly understand and grasp important fundamentals.



Mohd Sabki is the Executive Director and Principal Consultant/Trainer of IMTEQ Solution Sdn Bhd. He has acquired more than 16 years of work experience in the Human Resource, Training and Industrial Relation with a wide range of both manufacturing and services industries. This includes five years training workshop designed expressly for working adults.
Sabki is a workshop certified Trainer from US Accreditation Institute. His area of expertise includes Human Resource Development, Motivation, Self-development, Teambuilding (indoor and outdoor), 5’S, QCC, Managerial and Supervisory Skills, Kaizen, Sikap Kerja Positif, Continuous Improvement Program, Occupational Safety and Health Programme and Clerical Development Programme.

As an individual who has vast experience in the manufacturing, management and consultancy services, he definitely brings with him relevant and realistic approach in assisting participants to learn and perform their task after training effectively.


Azmie Awang holds a Diploma in Science from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). He has held various management responsibilities including Head of production, quality control and Human Resource, Training as well as a company auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, secretary of safety and Health Committee.

He has experience in designing, developing and delivered training and consultancy services for private and government sectors such as Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia,Politeknik Group, Kolej-kolej Komuniti, Airfoil Services, Denso and many more.

Azmie has conducted numerous courses specializing in QCC. He has a strong abilities in analytical skills and problem solving. He is an experienced trainer with in depth knowledge in related fields.

Pn Pauziah, holds a Degree from Southern Ilinois University, United States America (S.I.U) Major in Management and has more than 15 years of varied experience and
over 9 years in the training field. Initially she started her career in Marketing and Human Resources with Electronics Manufacturing Company.

She was responsible for implementing organization-wide training programmes. Her experience included human resources and business development; also covering

Anthony Ong has developed and conducted numerous courses specializing in Material Handling Equipment such as Forklifts throughout the country. He is an experienced trainer with in depth knowledge in related fields. He trains fluently in Bahasa and English Language.
He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Certificate in Training and Development CITD, UK and also a qualified Safety and Health Officer from NIOSH. Being a certified verifier and assessor for the National Occupation Skills Standard (NOSS) he has vast experienced in safety and technical training programmes, which includes Forklifts, Skid Steer Loader, Towing Tractor and Waste Disposal Trucks.
He has worked with a leading Forklift Supplier for ten years and was responsible for designing, training, monitoring, evaluating and maintenance of the Forklift Safety Operation.
He has been trained in several countries including Philippines, Chicago in USA and Japan. Participated in Toyota Forklift Training in Yokohama and Nagoya in Japan and also in Jakarta, Singapore and Bangkok. He is also well versed in ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 EMS Standards.


Mohd Yazzed berkelulusan dalam bidang Pentadbiran Awam dari UiTM dan beliau kemudiannya melanjutkan pengajian dalam bidang yang sama di Universiti Utara Malaysia dalam peringkat Ijazah. Beliau telah memulakan kerjaya sebagai seorang pengamal sumber manusia di sebuah syarikat pembinaan antarabangsa yang beribupejabat di Korea selama 4 tahun. Semasa bertugas, beliau terlibat secara aktif dalam pembangunan sumber manusia yang mana ketika itu syarikat ini sedang menjalankan projek pembinaan loji penapisan minyak kedua Petronas di Tg. Kling, Melaka.

Beliau juga pernah berkhidmat dengan sebuah syarikat konglomerat terkenal selama 7 tahun. Beliau terlibat dalam beberapa aktiviti sumber manusia seperti Perjanjian Bersama; memperbaharui Terma dan Syarat perkhidmatan kakitangan; merangka Program Pembangunan Sumber Manusia; menyemak dan memperbaharui Polisi dan Prosedur Sumber Manusia; serta dilantik sebagai salah seorang tenaga pengajar dalam bidang sumber manusia seperti Program Induksi, Latihan dan Pembangunan, Motivasi dan Prosedur Menanganinya.

Disebabkan minat dan inisiatif yang tinggi dalam bidang pengurusan kualiti, beliau telah dilantik sebagai fasilitator QCC. Beliau juga merupakan panel dalam Konvensyen QCC. Selain dari itu beliau juga dilantik sebagai salah seorang AJK Penggerak bagi ISO 9001:2000 dan juga QS 9000. Dan beliau juga adalah ahli jawatankuasa bagi 5S dan Kaizen.

MOHD YAZZED juga pernah berkhidmat dengan sebuah syarikat automatif tempatan yang terkenal. Semasa berkhidmat beliau telah memperkenalkan beberapa inisiatif sumber manusia seperti Pengurusan Prestasi; Polisi dan Prosedur; dan Program Pembangunan bagi kakitangan. Disebabkan pengalaman beliau mengendalikan ISO, beliau kemudian telah dilantik sebagai Wakil Pengurusan Kualiti (QMR).

Selain itu beliau juga pernah mendapat undangan untuk memberi ceramah dalam bidang sumber manusia di beberapa syarikat dan agensi. Beliau mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang sumber manusia selama lebih kurang 16 tahun. Pengalaman beliau berkhidmat tidak tertumpu kepada satu industri sahaja malah beliau telah berkhidmat dalam beberapa industri tempatan dan antarabangsa seperti perkilangan, pembinaan dan kejuruteraan, automotif, gas dan minyak dan sebagainya. Disamping itu beliau mempunyai kombinasi yang unik iaitu dalam bidang sumber manusia dan pengurusan kualiti.


Mohamad Noowawi bin Md Yasin, is a Training Consultant in the field of Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS). His experienced as Internal Auditor for ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 series of standard for a multinational company has given him the exposure on implementation and auditing.
He has a vast experience in Total Quality Management (TQM) projects and activities involving Productivity and Quality Improvement. He is also well versed in the Manufacturing Activities such as Lean Manufacturing, Time Studies and Work Balancing and Cost reduction projects in Improving Profitability of the organization.
He had a Bachelor of Electronic and Communications Engineering from University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom and a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9000 Quality Management System. He had previously conducted many ISO awareness training program for a large number of participants. He has also done consulting work for various companies both local and multi national in Malaysia in establishing ISO 9000: 2000 Quality Management system before applying for certification.
His expertise, among others include establishing, maintaining, auditing and training on ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) as well as ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System). Other areas of expertise includes conducting Total Quality Management related courses including Leadership program, Small Group Activity (SGA) or also known as QCC, Kaizen activities, 5’S for good housekeeping and etc. His hands-on experience provides both in depth knowledge and skills to be shared among his trainees/ participants.
