consider setting strategy as their most valuable consideration.
We are aware that continued performance would depend on how organizations
adapt to the changes in the environment to identify new strategies, translate
policies into programs and introduce new products, systems and structures.
New ways of maintaining and developing the human resources could further
support the organizations in the knowledge-based economy.
In view of the rapid changes in the environment, specifically with the
