  • To think, act and manage strategic at personal, family, career & organization level to achieve high self efficiency and effectiveness.

  • To influence and facilitate the subordinates/peers to ‘think ,act and manage strategic’ in respect of their careers.

  • To prepare the Action Plan at ‘Personal-Career-Unit/Department’/Organizational Level.
 
 
WORKSHOP ON SETTING KEY RESULT AREA-KRA (3 days)

RATIONALE
The essence of performance management is the setting of Key Result Area (KRA) which will then form the standards against which actual performance can be compared. The workshop will be a hands-on session where participants can have actual practice in setting KRA following the `SMART’ concept. These KRA’s will need to be in line with the company’s overall business plans and the key goals of the respective departments. Following this session on writing actual KRA’s the participants will be required to present KRA’s for discussion for discussion and critics.

  • Develop practical skills in developing KRAs

  • Develop KPI ownership and implementation effectiveness

MANAGING CHAOS FOR MANAGERS (3 days)

RATIONALE
This highly interactive seminar offers you and your team an array of practical tools to help you get things done in today's chaotic and constantly changing work environment. You’ll learn practical techniques for making structured decisions – even under pressure – to earn buy-in from management, co-workers and customers. In a workshop environment, you will participate in valuable exercises utilizing Real World case studies. You'll emerge with an action plan you can use right away to master expanding workloads and complex decisions.

  • Tools to control stress, reduce back-logs and re-distribute work overloads

  • Stronger communication skills through listening, questioning and clarifying techniques

  • About forming creative collaborations with co-workers to create shortcuts

  • Tips on identifying and correcting employee shortfalls before they escalate

CHANGE MANAGEMENT (3 days)

RATIONALE
Businesses often recognize the challenge of getting people to change shortly after implementation has started. The new approach is expected to go in unopposed but when the welcome mat doesn't appear the project team scrambles to do some patch up communication - often with poor results. But despite this reality there is still a bias against investing in change management activities because they aren't seen as a prime objective for the project or programmed. Managing people change is a critical skill in today's world of rapid and continuous change. This Change Management training course provides both the critical skills and a framework for the successful management of people change.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
This change management training course will enable delegates to:

  • Recognize the important role that people play in making business transformation successful.

  • Discuss the fundamental challenges in getting people to change and for that change to be sustained.
