EFFECTIVENESS COMMUNICATION FOR SUCCESSFUL MANAGEMENT (2 days)

RATIONALE
Effective communication is all about conveying your messages to other people clearly and unambiguously. It's also about receiving information that others are sending to you, with as little distortion as possible. In fact, communication is only successful when both the sender and the receiver understand the same information as a result of the communication. To be an effective leader, we should plan communication process without misunderstanding and confusion, your goal should be to lessen the frequency of problems at each stage of this process, with clear, concise, accurate, well-planned communications.

  • Understand your natural Communication style and Increase your ability to engage and influence others.

  • Practice adapting your style to suit the needs of special circumstances.

THE ART OF NEGOTIATION SKILLS (2 days)

RATIONALE
How do you know when you have gotten the best deal ? Skilled negotiators know the answers. In THE ART OF NEGOTIATION SKILLS training program, participants will learn how to determine whether they will win or lose before a negotiation even starts, how to spot dirty tricks, will learn the essential steps of a skilled negotiation and many more. Through multiple case studies, hands-on activities, and video presentation, participants will practice skills learned throughout this interactive training session.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
At the end of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Identify possible negotiation outcomes.

  • Understand the eight discipline of the negotiation process.

  • Understand and identify different behavioral styles and adapt as necessary. 

  • Recognize dirty tricks and tactics.

  • Develop an action plan to improve negotiation skills.

POWERFUL PRESENTATION SKILLS WORKSHOP (2 days)

RATIONALE
Presentations are one of the most important skills of the modern world. So, with so much advice on offer, how do we decide what is the best advice to take in developing powerful presentation ? Good presenters are not born that way. The simple truth is that good presenters have had lots of practice of doing it and most good presenters have been trained to present well. If you want to improve your presentation skills, please joint our 2 days hands-on training workshop.

  • Make an impression before you start, grab the audience’s attention and keep them the edges of their seats.
